Industrial Loft Renovation — Design by Fluent Studio

An old wool shed. Two levels gutted entirely. What emerged was one of Melbourne's most considered loft apartments — raw industrial bones met with precise, considered design. Every surface, material, and detail was executed with Fluent Studio's vision at the centre and Templ's craftmanship holding it together. The clients are exactly where they wanted to be.

The Forever Home

Farmhouse Extension & Renovation — Design by Peter Wright Architects

2,400 square metres. A design by Peter Wright Architects that didn't just extend a home — it completed it. This was a build that spared no expense, and it shows in every material choice, every proportion, every view from every window. Our clients open their doors to family constantly. It became a forever home in every sense.

Rebuilt From the Storm

Residential Renovation & Extension

After a storm caused severe structural damage, we rebuilt from near-scratch — connecting a new build seamlessly to the existing tower and bungalow that survived. Five bedrooms. Three bathrooms. A central deck where everyone meets. The view to the water is unobstructed. There is nothing in front of it. This one was personal.

A Place for Men to Heal

Commercial Conversion — Design by Lauren McKillop

A terrace brick home became a fully soundproofed psychological practice — designed specifically as a space for men to feel safe enough to do the work. No expense was spared on warmth, function, and acoustic integrity. Honed marble at the front desk. Microcement bathrooms. Every room designed to welcome, not intimidate. Lauren McKillop's design language found the perfect builder in Templ.
